About Melinda & Lisa
Melinda is a true visionary who is passionate about equipping the body of Christ to step into the fullness of who God created them to be. Melinda is a licensed Pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California. Melinda and her husband Pieter are passionate about seeing marriages restored and equipping the body in inner healing, deliverance, and the renewing of the mind. Melinda's powerful testimony demonstrates that love conquers all and dreams can be resurrected, no matter the circumstance. Melinda co-founded Arise & Shine Ministries alongside her husband, Pieter, as well as Igniting Marriages with Steve and Wendy Backlund. Melinda currently serves as the Director of Operations and the Co-Director of the Backlund Leadership Academy. Lisa Heiderick has over 12 years of ministry experience, and has a passion for raising up a prophetic generation. An ordained pastor through Mission Church, she has spent years equipping both children and adults to hear God’s voice and walk confidently in their spiritual identity. As a seasoned prophetic trainer and former coach for prophetic teams, she has helped lead groups in activation, discernment, and Spirit-led growth. Lisa co-led Ignite School, a prophetic school at Mission Church, and taught Family Activates to empower families to grow in the prophetic. Currently part of the Bethel Prophetic Ministry, Lisa brings both depth and joy to every environment she leads, cultivating spaces where the Holy Spirit moves freely and young people are awakened to their Kingdom purpose.
